One-on-One & Small Group Coaching
Personal training sessions are tailored to your goals, experience, and movement needs. Sessions focus on proper technique, building strength safely, and helping you feel comfortable and confident in the gym.
Suitable for all levels — from complete beginners to experienced movers wanting guidance, structure, or accountability.
Available options:
30, 45, or 60 minute one-on-one sessions
Small group training (2–4 people)

Flexible Coaching, Wherever You Train
Online coaching provides structure, guidance, and accountability — without needing to be in the gym together. Each option is personalised and designed to support safe, sustainable progress over time.
Whether you want a clear programme to follow or ongoing coaching support, there’s an option to suit how you train.
Gym access:
All in-person sessions take place at Les Mills Taranaki Street. Booking a PT session does not include gym access. Clients must have a valid Les Mills membership or casual visit, managed directly by Les Mills New Zealand.
