TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of WW Training Co services and website.
By booking a session or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

WW Training Co provides:

  • One-on-one personal training

  • Small group training

  • Online coaching and programming

All in-person sessions are conducted at Les Mills Taranaki Street, Wellington, unless otherwise agreed.

WW Training Co operates independently from Les Mills New Zealand.

2. Use of Les Mills Facilities

When attending sessions at Les Mills Taranaki Street, you agree to comply with:

  • Les Mills club rules and policies

  • Health and safety requirements of the facility

  • Any applicable membership or visitor conditions

WW Training Co is not responsible for the operation, management, or security of Les Mills facilities.

3. Health & Safety

You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks.

  • You agree to complete all required health and safety forms honestly

  • You must disclose injuries, medical conditions, pregnancies, or changes to health

  • You participate in training at your own risk

WW Training Co reserves the right to modify or decline sessions where training is deemed unsafe.

4. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are made via the online booking system

  • Payment must be made according to the selected option

  • Prices may change with reasonable notice

  • Sessions do not expire unless stated at purchase

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee

  • No-shows are non-refundable

  • Trainer cancellations will be rescheduled or refunded in full

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • WW Training Co is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in training

  • Les Mills New Zealand is not liable for services provided by WW Training Co

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
