  • Yes. All in-person sessions take place at Les Mills Taranaki Street. Booking a personal training session does not include gym access. Clients must have a valid Les Mills membership or casual visit, which is managed directly by Les Mills New Zealand.

  • Absolutely. Sessions are beginner-friendly and designed to meet you where you’re at. Training focuses on safe progress, proper technique, and building confidence without pressure or judgement.

  • Comfortable workout clothing, suitable footwear, a sweat towel and a water bottle. If it’s your first session, arrive a few minutes early so we can talk through your goals and get you settled.

  • One-on-one and group sessions are available in 30, 45, or 60 minute options. Session length can be chosen at the time of booking.

  • Yes. Small group sessions are available for 2–4 people. These sessions provide personalised coaching in a supportive group environment.

  • Sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable. Full details are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

  • Sessions do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

  • Yes. Online coaching options range from structured weekly programming through to full coaching support, depending on how much guidance and accountability you’re looking for.

  • Yes. Many clients combine in-person sessions with online coaching for structure and support between gym visits.

  • General nutrition guidance may be offered to support training goals, but WW Training Co does not provide medical or clinical nutrition advice.

  • Yes. Training focuses on safe, gradual progress and proper foundations. Please disclose any injuries or health considerations during your intake so sessions can be tailored appropriately.

  • Sessions can be booked directly through the Services page using the online booking system. If you’re unsure which option to choose, feel free to get in touch.

  • If you’re new to training with WW Training Co, a Consultation is a great place to start. This allows time to discuss your goals and determine the best approach.
