Meet Nate

Nate Waghorn-Wright is a qualified personal trainer and experienced Les Mills group fitness instructor, coaching across BodyPump, BodyAttack, The Trip, Ceremony, and Sprint.

With a strong foundation in strength training and movement, Nate is passionate about helping people feel strong, capable, and comfortable in their own bodies — whether that’s on the gym floor, in a group fitness class, or taking the first step back into training after time away.

“Strength isn’t about perfection — it’s about feeling capable and confident in your body.”

Nate works with people of all ages and abilities, focusing on proper technique, safe progress, and building confidence that lasts. His approach is grounded, encouraging, and inclusive — creating an environment where clients feel supported, not judged, and where progress is measured by how you move and feel, not by pressure or perfection.

Whether you’re brand new to the gym, returning after a break, or looking to move better and feel stronger, Nate’s coaching is about meeting you where you’re at and helping you build strength in a way that feels sustainable, empowering, and genuinely enjoyable.
