These Terms & Conditions are intended to ensure a clear, positive, and professional working relationship between WW Training Co. (“I”, “me”, “we”) and you (“the client”).

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any session or service offered by WW Training Co., you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

1. Services

WW Training Co. provides a range of fitness and coaching services, including but not limited to:

  • One-on-one personal training

  • Small group training sessions

  • Online coaching and programming

All in-person sessions are conducted at Les Mills Taranaki Street, Wellington, unless otherwise agreed. WW Training Co. operates as an independent personal training business and is not responsible for the operation or management of Les Mills facilities.

Clients must be 18 years or older. Clients under 18 may participate only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Health & Safety

Your health and safety are a priority.

  • All clients must complete a pre-exercise health and safety assessment prior to commencing services.

  • You must disclose any current or previous injuries, medical conditions, pregnancies, or changes to your health status.

  • A medical clearance may be required where appropriate.

  • You acknowledge that participation in physical exercise involves inherent risks, whether training in person or following online programmes.

WW Training Co. reserves the right to modify, pause, or decline services if training is deemed unsafe at any time.

3. Payment

  • Payment is required via the online booking or purchase system, either upfront or as invoiced, depending on the service selected.

  • All payments must be made on time in accordance with the agreed booking or subscription terms.

  • Prices may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.

  • Sessions, packages, or subscriptions do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

I understand that flexibility is sometimes required and aim to be fair and reasonable.

  • In-person sessions cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time may be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled in-person session may incur a 20% cancellation fee.

  • Failure to attend a session without notice (no-show) will result in the session being forfeited with no refund.

  • Online coaching services, including programming and subscriptions, are non-refundable once commenced, unless otherwise stated.

  • If I need to cancel a session or service, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund, where applicable.

5. Client Responsibilities & Conduct

All services are a collaborative process. Clients agree to:

  • Arrive on time and prepared for sessions

  • Follow coaching guidance and safety instructions

  • Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for in-person sessions

  • Communicate honestly about how they are feeling and progressing

  • Treat the trainer, facilities, and others with respect

Clients attending in-person sessions at Les Mills Taranaki Street also agree to comply with Les Mills club rules and policies.

WW Training Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of inappropriate behaviour, repeated late cancellations, or non-payment.

6. Privacy & Communication

Your personal and health information will be treated as confidential and managed in accordance with the WW Training Co Privacy Policy.

  • Information collected may include intake forms, progress notes, training history, and contact details.

  • Photos, testimonials, or progress updates will only be used for marketing purposes with your explicit consent.

  • Communication may take place via email, text message, or WhatsApp.

Please note that Les Mills New Zealand independently collects and manages information relating to your use of their facilities, in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

WW Training Co. operates as a self-employed contractor. While all reasonable care is taken, participation in training and coaching services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WW Training Co. is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in services, except where liability cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.

WW Training Co. is not responsible for the operation, management, or security of Les Mills facilities.

8. Changes to Services or Terms

WW Training Co. may update services, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

10. Agreement

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any WW Training Co session or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, alongside the WW Training Co Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
